Do you have a pool/sauna/steamroom/etc?

No we purely focus on delivering amazing top-quality treatments.  We have a relaxation lounge that you are welcome to use before and after your treatment.

Do you treat men and women?

Yes, most of our treatments are suitable for both male and female clients.  We also have a selection of grooming treatments for men only.

Do you treat children?

We are happy to carry out treatments for well-behaved children from age 6-16, provided a parent/guardian is present and we have written parental consent.  Some of our treatments are not suitable for children, but many are easily adapted.  

As per clinical guidelines we assume that from age 16 young people can choose their own treatments and we do not routinely ask for parental consent for ages 16+. However between age 16-18 we may request parental consent for some treatments and there are some treatments we are not insured for under age 18.

Can I bring my child with me whilst I have my treatment?

We understand that sometimes it is impossible to come for treatment without your child.  However, we do ask that children are accompanied at all times whilst on the premises and we reserve the right to ask you to leave if your child’s behaviour is not acceptable.  Please bear in mind that we work with hot and electrical equipment and have clients on-site who are trying to relax.

I have a medical condition, do I need to let you know?

It’s always advisable to tell us before you book if you have a chronic medical condition such as cancer, diabetes, epilepsy, etc, because some treatments may be contra-indicated or need to be adapted for you.  If you are unsure about a treatment you should also ask your GP or consultant to confirm if it is appropriate for you.

We reserve the right to refuse to treat someone and retain their deposit if we are unable to provide a treatment due to a previously undisclosed medical condition.

Do you have disabled access?

Unfortunately there is no lift in the Arcade.  Our Treatment Rooms are in the mezzanine level which is only accessible by stairs.  Our own stairs are relatively steep and narrow but we can provide access via service stairs which are wider and easier to climb.  If you have mobility concerns please check with us before booking.

I am pregnant, can you treat me?

Most of our treatments are suitable for pregnant women although some are contra-indicated.  We recommend that women in their first trimester avoid treatment, simply because of the inherent increased risk of miscarriage at this time.  If you are “high risk” or have issues or concerns with your pregnancy please check with your midwife, consultant or GP before booking.  Please let us know if you are pregnant when you book so that we can make any necessary adaptions to your treatment.

Do I need to fill out a consultation form?

Yes, the first time you visit you will have to fill out a consultation form, so please arrive a few minutes early to do so.  We do not share data personal data with third parties.  The information gathered on your consultation form helps us to ensure your health and safety and tailor your treatment to suit your needs.

Do I need to wear or bring anything special?

Not really, although we do ask that you wear underwear if you are having a massage or body treatment .  We also recommend that you wear loose comfortable clothes that will not spoil if you get a spot of oil on them, for massage and body treatments.

For pedicures, please bring sandals to protect your paintwork after your treatment.  For manicures, please make sure that your purse, keys, etc, are easily to hand for the same reason!

Do you have showers?

We have a couple of treatment rooms with showers in them, which are for the use of clients having body treatments with products that need to be washed off.  They are not for general use.  If you particularly need a shower before or after your treatment for any reason please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee that a shower will be available.

Do you accept other vouchers?

In addition to our own vouchers, we also accept vouchers from Treatwell (Wahanda) and Red Letter Days.
